Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(d) sections 415D to 415FA, 434J to 434LA, 437D, 440B, 451E to 451GA, 453R, 454N to 454R, 468, 556 and 588FL and Division 2 of Part 5.7B of the Corporations Act 2001; and
