(a) definition of foreign intelligence agency ;
(b) definition of foreign law enforcement agency ;
(c) definition of Human Services Department ;
(d) definition of Human Services Minister ;
(e) definition of IGIS ;
(f) definition of IGIS official ;
(g) definition of Immigration Department .
