30   Section 9 (definition of State or Territory Supreme Court)

Repeal the definition, substitute:

State or Territory Supreme Court means any of the following:

(a) the Supreme Court of a State;

(b) the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory;

(c) the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory;

(d) the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island.
