65 Application - paragraph 297(e) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
(1) The amendment of paragraph 297(e) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002made by this Part, so far as it concerns amounts payable to the Official Trustee under regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 288(1)(a) of that Act, applies in relation to costs, charges and expenses incurred after the commencement of this item.
(2) The amendment of paragraph 297(e) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002made by this Part, so far as it concerns amounts payable to the Official Trustee under regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 288(1)(b) of that Act, applies in relation to remuneration that becomes payable after the commencement of this item.
