198   Subparagraphs 18ZB(e)(ii) and (iii)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

(ii) the functions of the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia under sections 84, 250 and 278 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021;
