A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999
41 Paragraph 67CB(4)(b)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) cannot again become entitled to be paid that CCS before the individual meets the CCS reconciliation conditions for the income year.
