Part 3 Amendments contingent on the non-commencement of the Export Market Development Grants Legislation Amendment Act 2020
Export Market Development Grants Act 1997
106 Paragraphs 57A(a) and (b)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(a) class 1 material(within the meaning of the Online SafetyAct 2021); or
(b) class 2 material (within the meaning of the Online SafetyAct 2021) that is covered by paragraph 107(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) of that Act.
