35   Clause 1 of Schedule 7

Repeal the clause, substitute:

1 Purpose of this Schedule

The purpose of this Schedule is to enable:

(a) other Acts; and

(b) other provisions of this Act;

to define certain expressions as having the same meaning as in this Schedule.
