79   Subsection 4(1)

Insert:

online content scheme material means material that:

(a) has been provided on a social media service, relevant electronic service or designated internet service (within the meaning of the Online SafetyAct 2021); and

(b) was:

(i) class 1 material (within the meaning of the Online SafetyAct 2021); or

(ii) class 2 material (within the meaning of the Online SafetyAct 2021) that is covered by paragraph 107(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) of that Act;

when it was provided on the service.
