Surveillance Devices Act 2004
7 After subsection 4(4A)
Insert:
(4B) For the avoidance of doubt, it is intended that a warrant may be issued, or an emergency authorisation given, under this Act:
(a) for access to, and disruption of, data held in a computer; and
(b) in relation to one or more relevant offences.
