Surveillance Devices Act 2004
28 After subsection 55(1)
Insert:
(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply to compliance with:
(a) Division 6 of Part 2 (network activity warrants); or
(b) the remaining provisions of this Act so far as they relate to network activity warrants.
