50 Section 105A.1 of the Criminal Code
Repeal the section, substitute:
105A.1 Object
The object of this Division is to protect the community from serious Part 5.3 offences by providing that terrorist offenders who pose an unacceptable risk of committing such offences are subject to:
(a) a continuing detention order; or
(b) an extended supervision order.
