16 At the end of subsection 5H(8)
Add:
(zze) a payment under an instrument made under any of the following:
(i) section 115S of this Act;
(ii) section 268B of the MRCA;
(ii) section 41B of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence-related Claims) Act 1988.
