the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner (within the meaning of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022) |
(a) is for the purposes of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022; and (b) is in relation to a corruption issue that relates to the Australian Taxation Office or the Inspector-General of Taxation. |
