208 Subsection 5(1) (subparagraphs (aa)(i) and (ii) of the definition of certifying officer)
Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:
(i) the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner; or
(ii) a National Anti-Corruption Deputy Commissioner; or
