Repeal the following definitions:
(a) definition of keeping in touch day ;
(b) definition of maximum DAPP period ;
(c) definition of maximum DAPP period end day ;
(d) definition of maximum DAPP period start day ;
(e) definition of maximum PPL period ;
(f) definition of maximum PPL period end day ;
(g) definition of maximum PPL period start day ;
(h) definition of nominated start date ;
(i) definition of not working .
