Aboriginal Land Grant (Jervis Bay Territory) Act 1986
25 Paragraph 33(1)(b)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) if the executive member is unable to perform the duties of the executive member's office because of physical or mental incapacity; or
(c) if the executive member ceases to be a registered member.
