11 Application of amendments
The amendments made by this Schedule apply in relation to:
(a) applications under section 16 of the International Transfer of Prisoners Act 1997; and
(b) requests under section 24 of that Act; and
(c) requests under section 33 of that Act;
made on or after the commencement of this Schedule.
