Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security Act 1986
21 After subsection 8(3)
Insert:
(3AA) In subsection (3), permanent resident has the same meaning as in:
(a) if the agency is DIO - the Intelligence Services Act 2001; and
(b) if the agency is ONI - the Office of National Intelligence Act 2018.
