584 Section 9 (definition of sub-fund)
Repeal the definition, substitute:
sub-fund :
(a) of a CCIV - has the meaning given by subsection 1222Q(1); and
(b) in relation to a regulated CIS - has the same meaning as in the Passport Rules for this jurisdiction.
