Schedule 1 Pacific Engagement Visas
Part 1 Amendments
Higher Education Support Act 2003
10 Subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1
Insert:
Pacific engagement visa holder means the holder of:
(a) a visa referred to in the regulations made under the Migration Act 1958 as a Subclass 192 (Pacific Engagement) visa; or
(b) a visa of a kind determined under subclause (4).
