9 Section 13 (table item 3)
Repeal the item, substitute:

to acquire an interest in Australian land that, at the time of acquisition, is: (a) national security land; and (b) residential land on which there are no established dwellings |
an action to acquire an interest in residential land on which there are no established dwellings |
