Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
This section applies if: (a) a person applies to refer a decision of the Tribunal (the Tribunal decision ) to the guidance and appeals panel; and (b) the President decides to refer the Tribunal decision to the guidance and appeals panel or refuse the application.
129(2)
The President must give notice of the President ' s decision orally or in writing to the following: (a) the person; (b) the decision-maker for the decision affirmed, varied or set aside by the Tribunal decision; (c) any other party to the proceeding in which the Tribunal decision is made.
