When this section applies
150(1)
This section applies in relation to a proceeding for review of an intelligence and security decision.
Relevant bodies may adduce evidence and make submissions
150(2)
A relevant body: (a) is entitled to adduce evidence and make submissions in the proceeding; and (b) for the purposes of the following sections, is taken to be a party to the proceeding:
(i) section 56 (parties and their representatives to assist Tribunal);
(ii) section 66 (representation before Tribunal);
(iii) section 79 (Tribunal may give directions in relation to procedure for a proceeding);
(iv) section 151 (order of evidence and submissions);
(v) section 152 (opportunity for further evidence and submissions).
