Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
An application to the Tribunal for review of a decision must be made within the period prescribed by the rules.
Note:
The legislation under which a reviewable decision is made may specify a different period for applying for review of that type of decision.
18(2)
Subsection (1) is subject to section 19 (exception - Tribunal may extend period).
18(3)
Rules made for the purposes of subsection (1) must not prescribe a period ending before the day that is 28 days after the day the decision is made.
18(4)
Rules made for the purposes of subsection (1) may prescribe different periods for different classes of application.
