SECTION 239   APS EMPLOYEES AND OTHERS MADE AVAILABLE  

239(1)    
The Tribunal may be assisted by the following persons, whose services are made available to the Tribunal in connection with the performance or exercise of any of the Tribunal ' s functions or powers:

(a)    an employee of an Agency (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 );

(b)    an officer of the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island.

239(2)    
When performing services for the Tribunal under subsection (1) , a person is subject to the directions of the Principal Registrar.
