Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
A member of the Tribunal as constituted for the purposes of a proceeding must no longer take part in the proceeding if: (a) the member conducts a dispute resolution process in relation to the proceeding; and (b) a party to the proceeding notifies the Tribunal as soon as practicable after the dispute resolution process that the party objects to the member participating in the proceeding.
Note:
The President may reconstitute the Tribunal for the purposes of the proceeding (see sections 43 and 45 ).
