65   Section 56

Repeal the section, substitute:

56 Application of Division

This Division applies to an R&D Corporation if:

(a) there are one or more levies or charges imposed by provisions prescribed by rules made under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024 for the purposes of paragraph 15(1)(a) of that Act in relation to the Corporation; and

(b) the regulations declare that this Division applies to the Corporation.
