232 Paragraph 86(1)(fa)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(fa) where the licence is held by a company:
(i) the company is not a fit and proper company to hold a warehouse licence; or
(ii) a director of the company is not a fit and proper person to be a director of a company holding a warehouse licence; or
