17 Subsection 5(1) (paragraph (b) of the definition of Commissioner)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) in relation to the Crime and Corruption Commission (Qld) - a commissioner (within the meaning of the Crime and Corruption Act (Qld)).
