36 Subsection 5(1)
Insert:
IBAC (Vic.) means the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission established by the IBAC Act (Vic.).
IBAC (Vic.) officer means a person who is an IBAC Officer (within the meaning of the IBAC Act (Vic.)).
