Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2004/99 to allow for over subscriptions of up to 17 additional hectares (or 340 Vinelots) to be accepted.

PR 2004/99 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 14

Insert the following dot point:

Additional correspondence, dated 9 February 2005.

2. Paragraph 17

In the second column on the third row of the table - replace '100' with '117'.

3. Paragraph 18

Add the following sentence after the first sentence:

'GSMAL has the capacity to accept oversubscriptions of up to a further 340 Vinelots.'

This Addendum applies on and from 2 March 2005.
