Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2008/4 to reflect an increase in the number of Woodlots offered under the Project.

PR 2008/4 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 35

Omit last two dot points; substitute:

•

Draft Terms agreement for the TFS Sandalwood Projects received 28 November 2007;

•

Document titled 'Amendment and restatement deed' and Annexure A therein titled - 'Multi Option Facility Agreement' for the TFS Sandalwood Project received 22 August 2007;

•

Additional correspondence received 19 June 2008, 14, 29 and 30 July 2008 and 20 August 2008; and

•

Draft Second Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement for the TFS Sandalwood Project 2008 received 19 June 2008.

2. Paragraph 38

(a)

Omit 'Number of hectares offered for cultivation'; substitute 'Number of Woodlots offered for cultivation'.

(b)

Omit '650 hectares'; substitute '4,740 Woodlots'.

3. Paragraph 41

After 'Kununurra'; insert 'or on other suitable land'.

4. Paragraph 42

Omit the second sentence; substitute 'The offer pertains to 4,740 Woodlots of 0.167 hectares each.'.

This Addendum applies on and from 16 January 2008.
