REGULATION 14.01   APPREHENSION UNDER A WARRANT - NOTIFICATION TO REGISTRAR IN CERTAIN CASES  

14.01(1)    
This regulation applies where:


(a) a warrant issued under subsection 264B(1) of the Act for the apprehension of a person is executed; and


(b) the person executing the warrant considers that it is impracticable to bring the apprehended person forthwith before the Court, a Registrar or a magistrate.

14.01(2)    
Where this regulation applies, the person executing the warrant must immediately notify a Registrar of the apprehension and of the date and time when the person considers that it will be practicable to bring the apprehended person before the Court, a Registrar or a magistrate.
