Where the Court makes a direction or other order under subsection 50(1) of the Act, the creditor who applied for the direction or other order must, within 7 days, serve the following documents in accordance with subregulation (2):
(a) a copy of the application;
(b) a copy of any affidavit filed in support of the application;
(c) a certified copy of the direction or other order.

The documents must be served:
(a) on the trustee who the Court has directed to take control of the debtor's property; and
(b) except where that person is the Official Trustee - on the Official Receiver.
