14. New Division 1A of Part 8
14.1. After regulation 8.04, insert:
" Division 1A - Change in trustee's particulars
Trustee to notify change in particulars
" 8.04A. A trustee must promptly give notice in writing to the Official Receiver of any change, in relation to the trustee, of the particulars specified in paragraph 8.03 (a), (b) or (c).
Penalty: 1 penalty unit".
