37.1 Item 2 of Schedule 8:
Omit from column 5 "not applicable", substitute "within 3 working days".
37.2 Item 9 of Schedule 8:
Omit "trustee or Official Receiver (section 149B)" (second occurring), substitute "at any time before discharge".
