10.2.142(2) [ Securities or stock exchange]A reference in paragraph (a) of the definition of member organisation in section 9 of the old Corporations Act to a securities exchange or a stock exchange includes a licensed market for securities.
10.2.142(3) [ Business rules of securities or stock exchange]A reference in paragraph (a) of the definition of member organisation in section 9 of the old Corporations Act to the business rules of a securities exchange or a stock exchange includes the operating rules of a licensed market for securities.
10.2.142(4) [ Futures organisation]A reference in paragraph (b) of the definition of member organisation in section 9 of the old Corporations Act to a futures organisation includes a licensed market for derivatives.
10.2.142(5) [ Member of futures organisation]A reference in paragraph (b) of the definition of member organisation in section 9 of the old Corporations Act to a member of a futures organisation includes a participant of a licensed market for derivatives.
10.2.142(6) [ Partnership that futures organisation recognises]A reference in subparagraph (b)(ii) of the definition of member organisation in section 9 of the old Corporations Act to a partnership that a futures organisation recognises as a member organisation includes a partnership that a market licensee recognises as a member organisation.
