Hide history noteParagraph 9.5.01(bc) , as inserted by Division 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Precontractual Disclosure and Other Measures) Regulations 2023 , applies to a decision made under subsection 921GA(3) of the Act on or after the commencement of this regulation, whether the relevant application was made under subsection 921GA(1) of the Act before, on or after that commencement.
