For subparagraph 1073C (a)(ii) of the Act, the Westpac Banking Corporation is prescribed.
7.11.07(2) [ Australian Gas Light Company]For subparagraph 1073C (b)(iii) of the Act, the Australian Gas Light Company is prescribed.
Note: The effect of section 1073C of the Act is that Division 3 of Part 7.11 of the Act applies to bodies prescribed for that section as if they were companies.
