9.10.01(2)
The penalty for the failure to pay a review fee is: (a) if payment is received within 1 month after the due date - $65; and (b) if payment is not received within 1 month after the due date - $270
Note: The date on which a service fee is due and payable is worked out under subsection 1351(3) of the Act.
