7001.   Definitions for Schedule 7  
In this Schedule:

IATA
means the International Air Transport Association.

IATA body
means a company, registered Australian body or registered foreign company that is a member of IATA, or participates in the program conducted by IATA known as BSP Australia.

relevant information
means the information that is required under subsection 153(2), or paragraph 601DE(1)(b) , (c) or (d), of the Act to be set out on a public document or negotiable instrument.
