3 Amendment of Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994
Schedule 1 amends theSuperannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994.
4 Transitional
The amendments made by Schedule 1 apply to an annuity or a pension with a commencement date on or after 1 October 2003.
