Schedule 1 Amendments
[2] After paragraph 7 (b)
insert
(c) a fuel that:
(i) is made up of biodiesel and diesel; and
(ii) consists principally of biodiesel that:
(A) is the subject of a fuel standard under theFuel Quality Standards Act 2000; and
(B) complies with the standard.
