Schedule 1 Amendments (regulation 3)
7 After paragraph 8.35(1)(e)
insert
(f) has not, by 1 December 2006:
(i) become a full member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia; or
(ii) satisfactorily completed a course in insolvency approved by the Inspector-General.
