Schedule 1 Amendment
[1] Amendments - entity or person that paid the amount
The following provisions are amended by omitting ‘RSA holder’ and inserting ‘entity or person that paid the amount’:
paragraph 5.03 (4) (a)
subparagraph 5.03 (4) (b) (i)
subparagraph 5.03 (4) (b) (ii)
subparagraph 5.03 (4) (b) (iv)
sub-subparagraph 5.03 (4) (b) (v) (C)
subparagraph 5.03 (4) (b) (v)
subregulation 5.03 (5).
