Corporations Legislation Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1) (114 of 2012)

2   Commencement

This regulation commences as follows:

(a)on the day after it is registered - sections 1 to 5;

(b)on the commencement of Schedule 1 to theCorporations Amendment (Phoenixing and Other Measures) Act 2012 - Schedule 1;

(c)on the later of:

(i)1 July 2012; and

(ii)the commencement of Schedule 1 to theCorporations Amendment (Phoenixing and Other Measures) Act 2012;

Schedule 2;

(d)on 1 July 2013 - Schedule 3.
