Corporations Regulations 2001
58 Clause 216 of Schedule 10
Repeal the clause, substitute:
216 Exit fees
If an exit fee may be charged, it must be described in footnote to the table, based on:
(a) a balance of $50 000; or
(b) if clause 215 applies - an amount that is a multiple of $50 000.
