PART 2 - GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (NOT RELATING TO SCHEDULE 1 TO THE ACT)  

Division 3 - Departure from Australia  

SECTION 11   DEPARTURE PROHIBITION ORDERS  

11(1)    
For the purposes of subsection 14S(1) of the Act, Form 3 in Schedule 1 is prescribed.

11(2)    
For the purposes of paragraph 14S(4)(a) of the Act, a person is informed, as prescribed, of the making of a departure prohibition order if a copy of the order is served in accordance with section 14 .

11(3)    
For the purposes of subparagraph 14S(4)(b)(ii) of the Act, each of the following persons is prescribed:


(a) the Comptroller-General of Customs (within the meaning of the Customs Act 1901 );


(b) the Commissioner of Police referred to in section 6 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 ;


(c) the Secretary of the Department administered by the Minister administering the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1967 .
