SECTION 1 1 Table 1 - Australian Crime Commission Act 2002The following table specifies indictable offences against provisions of the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 for the purposes of paragraph (h) of the definition of serious offence in section 338 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 .
